To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with all original packaging, including cases, tags, and accessories. Products that show signs of use, damage, or alteration may not qualify for a refund to ensure fairness and hygiene standards for all customers. Once a return request is approved, customers are required to securely pack and send the product back following the instructions shared by our support team. After we receive and inspect the returned item, eligible refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment within 5–7 business days. Please note that shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable. In rare cases where a product is received damaged or incorrect, we kindly request customers to contact us within 48 hours of delivery along with clear images, so we can resolve the issue promptly. Certain items, such as products purchased during special promotions or clearance sales, may not be eligible for returns unless received in damaged or defective condition.
